摘要
结合乙二醇装置工艺管道管径大、荷载大、用量大的特点,对负压操作的附塔管道在设备布置、管道布置、管架设计、壁厚选取及设备支撑方式等方面进行设计,从技术和经济性两个角度,对比分析负压大口径管道的壁厚计算、外压加强圈的方案,满足管材强度及刚度的前提下,可以有效降低管道重量,大幅度降低管道投资。
Considering the process lines'characteristics of large diameter,heavy load and large application in the ethylene glycol plant,the design of the auxiliary column pipeline under negative pressure operation was carried out in terms of equipment layout,pipeline layout,pipe rack design,wall thickness selection and equipment support methods.From both technical and economic perspectives,the wall thickness calculation and the scheme of the external pressure reinforcing ring of the large-diameter negative pressure pipeline were compared and analyzed.Under the premise of meeting the strength and rigidity requirements of the pipe material,it can effectively reduce the pipeline weight and significantly lower the pipeline cost.
