摘要
瘢痕是创伤愈合的必然产物。对瘢痕的诊治过程应从创伤治疗开始。了解创伤愈合的过程有助于识别瘢痕的不同形态类别,并在创伤愈合、瘢痕形成的早期及时预防病理性瘢痕的形成。增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩的鉴别是瘢痕分类中的难点,但因两者的处理方式和预后都不同,将两者区分开来是很有必要的。近年来,有关瘢痕的防治理念及其技术手段不断更新。同时,在瘢痕诊治全过程中都需要进行动态评估。因此,从整体上了解瘢痕的各种手术、非手术治疗方法和治疗介入的时机十分重要,这有利于与患者共同探讨治疗目标和治疗方案,最终取得医患双方都满意的结果。本文介绍一些近年常用的瘢痕诊治方法和理念,供临床相关人员参考。
Scar is an inevitable product of wound healing.The process of treating scars begins with the trauma.Understanding the process of wound healing can helps identify the different morphological categories of scars,and to prevent the formation of pathological scars in the early stage of wound healing and scarring.The distinction between hypertrophic scars and keloids is difficult in the classification of scars,and it is necessary to distinguish between the two because of their different treatment methods and prognosis.In recent years,the concept and technical means of prevention and treatment of scars have been constantly updated.Meanwhile,dynamic assessment is needed for the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of scars.Therefore,it is necessary to have an overall understanding of various surgical and non-surgical treatment methods as well as the timing of treatment intervention,which facilitates the discussion of treatment goals and treatment plans with patients and ultimately achieves a satisfactory outcome for both doctors and patients.This article introduces some commonly used methods and concepts for the diagnosis and treatment of scar in recent years to hopefully provide reference for clinical personnel.
