摘要
目的:评估巴芪柔肝方联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:53例患者随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(27例),均予恩替卡韦治疗,治疗组加用巴芪柔肝方,对照组予安慰剂,疗程12个月。比较2组肝脏弹性成像(MRE)数值、中医证候积分及生化指标变化。结果:治疗组肝纤维化改善优于对照组,MRE数值下降幅度更大。治疗组中医证候积分降低、临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素水平较治疗前降低,乙型肝炎表面抗原水平下降幅度大于对照组。影像学检查显示,治疗组脾脏体积较治疗前减小(P<0.05)。2组药物安全性良好,不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:巴芪柔肝方联合恩替卡韦可有效改善乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者的纤维化程度、抗病毒能力及临床症状,且安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Baqi Rougan formula combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B-related liver fibrosis.Methods:A total of 53 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=26)and a control group(n=27)and were all received entecavir therapy,besides,the treatment group was administered Baqi Rougan Formula,while the control group received a placebo.The treatment course was lasted for 12 months.Changes in magnetic resonance elastography(MRE)values,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:Improvement of hepatic fibrosis in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,with a greater reduction in MRE values.The TCM syndrome score decreased more significantly,and the overall clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group.Levels of alanine aminotransferase and total bilirubin decreased compared with baseline,and the reduction in hepatitis B surface antigen was greater than that in the control group.Imaging findings showed that spleen volume decreased compared with pretreatment(P<0.05).Both groups demonstrated good drug safety,without significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Baqi Rougan Formula combined with entecavir can effectively improve the degree of hepatic fibrosis,enhance antiviral efficacy and alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with hepatitis B-related hepatic fibrosis,with good safety.
