摘要
目的 探究老年健康体检人群身体活动(PA)水平的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析桂林医科大学第一附属医院健康管理中心2024年6—8月收集的590名健康体检人群的资料,按照PA量表划分,分为低PA组(n=414)及高PA组(n=176),收集体检者的社会人口学资料、疾病资料和生理生化指标三部分数据资料,采用单因素及多因素logistic回归分析探讨影响老年体检人群PA水平的高危因素。结果 单因素分析中,2组年龄、居住地、婚姻状态、养老保险、身体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析,年龄、居住地、婚姻状态、养老保险、BMI、收缩压及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇可作为影响老年体检人群PA的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论 年龄、居住地、婚姻状态、养老保险、BMI、收缩压及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇可作为影响老年体检人群PA的高危因素。
Objective To explore and analyze the factors influencing the physical activity levels of elderly individuals taking health check-up.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 590 patients who underwent physical examinations in the Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from June to July 2024.According to the PA scale,they were divided into a low PA group(n=414)and a high PA group(n=176).The patients′social demographic data,disease data,and physiological and biochemical indicators were collected,and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to explore the high-risk factors affecting PA levels in the elderly physical examination population.Results In the single-factor analysis,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,place of residence,marital status,pension insurance,body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05).In the multivariate logistic regression analysis,age,place of residence,marital status,pension insurance,BMI,systolic blood pressure,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol could be regarded as high-risk factors influencing physical activity(PA)in the elderly health examination population(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,place of residence,marital status,pension insurance,BMI,systolic blood pressure,and low-density lipoprotein can be identified as high-risk factors affecting PA in the elderly population taking physical examinations.
