提高大型石化项目接地系统抗腐蚀能力的研究

摘要 土壤的腐蚀性直接影响接地系统的使用寿命。以沿海某大型石化装置35 kV配电所服役15年的热浸镀锌扁钢接地系统为例,系统检测了试样的形状特征、尺寸参数及表面形貌,结合现行规范要求,提出了修正系数以量化腐蚀坑分布随机性及施工损伤影响,为同类沿海强腐蚀环境下新建石化装置的接地系统建设提供了重要的技术支撑和实践参考依据。 Soil corrosivity directly affects the service life of grounding systems.Taking the 15-year-old hot-dip galvanized flat steel grounding system of a 35 kV substation in a large coastal petrochemical plant as an example,the geometry characteristics,dimensional parameters,and surface morphology of the samples were systematically tested.Based on current specifications,correction coefficients were proposed to quantify the randomness of corrosion pit distribution and the impact of construction damage.This provides important technical support and practical reference for the construction of grounding systems in newly built petrochemical plants in similar highly corrosive coastal environments.
