核环吊单点激励与多点激励地震响应对比分析

Comparative analysis of seismic response between single-point excitation and multi-support excitation in nuclear polar crane

摘要 为研究多点激励对核环吊抗震分析的影响,建立了考虑非线性因素的核环吊有限元模型.采用单点激励与多点激励不同时程分析方法进行对比研究,并选取300、600、1 000 m/s三种视波速的行波效应工况对核环吊进行多点激励抗震分析.结果表明:相同地震波输入下单点激励与多点激励各方法计算所得的核环吊地震响应结果较为接近;行波效应下核环吊各结构部件作用力均发生不同变化,多数结构应力响应减小,不同工况钢丝绳力、水平轮力、垂直台车力响应峰值较单点激励结果浮动-20%~13%,结构响应随视波速变化的规律因部件以及地震波传播方向不同而各有差异.计算方法应根据工程实际需要合理选择,以更加真实全面地评定核环吊的抗震性能. In order to study the effect of multi-support excitation on seismic analysis of nuclear polar crane, a finite element model of nuclear polar crane is established considering nonlinear factors. The different time-history analysis methods of multi-support excitation and single-point excitation are compared. And 300, 600, 1 000 m/s, three kinds of apparent wave velocity are selected as traveling wave effect conditions to carry out multi-support excitation seismic analysis of nuclear polar crane. The results show that the seismic response results obtained by single-point excitation and each method of multi-support excitation with the same seismic wave input are close to each other. Under traveling wave effect, the force of each component of the nuclear polar crane changes differently, the stress response of most structures decreases, and the peak values of wire rope force, horizontal wheel force and vertical trolley force vary by -20%~13% compared with the single-point excitation results. The law of structural response changing with apparent wave velocity is different due to different components and the direction of seismic wave propagation. The calculation method should be selected reasonably according to the actual needs of the project in order to make the seismic performance evaluation of the nuclear polar crane more authentic and comprehensive.
