摘要
以煤制合成氨尿素项目为例,全面分析了工艺流程、功能分区、安全措施、环境影响、节约能源、物流组织、通道规划、厂容厂貌和分期建设等9个煤化工项目总平面布置关键要素。研究表明,综合考虑这些要素的总平面布置方案可以显著提升项目的经济收益、安全性及环保性能,并有效降低长期运营成本,为设计人员提供煤化工项目总平面布置的实践指导和理论参考。
Taking a coal-to-ammonia-urea project as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes critical elements in plot planning for nine coal chemical projects,including process flow,functional zoning,safety measures,environmental impact,energy conservation,logistics,access planning,plant appearance,and phased construction.Research indicates that a comprehensive plot plan layout considering these elements can significantly enhance project economic returns,safety,and environmental performance while effectively reducing long-term operational costs.This provides practical guidance and theoretical reference for engineers in plot planning of coal chemical projects.
