摘要
为解决高寒地区草畜失衡问题,助力牧草冷季保供。本试验分别在菊芋现蕾期、盛花期、成熟期刈割地上部茎叶,粉碎后添加耐低温乳酸菌开展不同生育时期菊芋茎叶青贮调制研究。结果表明:菊芋茎叶成熟期添加耐低温复合乳酸菌(植物乳杆菌GN02∶短乳杆菌XN25=1∶1),其乳酸、可溶性碳水化合物以及干物质含量显著提升,分别为6.21 mg/mL、12.55%、32.03%;氨基氮、酸性洗涤纤维显著降低,分别为0.14 g/kg、2.17%。说明该处理能让菊芋茎叶获得较高的青贮品质和营养价值。本研究为实现菊芋资源在高寒地区的饲料化与高效利用提供了可靠的理论依据和技术支撑。
To address the issue of forage-livestock imbalance in alpine regions and enhance the supply of forage during the cold season,this study involved harvesting the aboveground stems and leaves of Helianthus tuberosus at the bud stage,blooming stage,and maturation stage.The harvested materials were chopped and inoculated with psychrotolerant lactic acid bacteria for ensiling at different growth stages.The results demonstrated that the addition of a composite psychrotolerant lactic acid bacteria(Lactobacillus plantarum GN02:Lactobacillus brevis XN25=1∶1);The treatments showed significant increases in lactic acid(6.21 mg/mL),water-soluble carbohydrates(12.55%),and dry matter(32.03%)contents,while demonstrating significant decreases in ammonia nitrogen(0.14 g/kg)and acid detergent fiber(2.17%).During the maturation stage of Helidnthus tuberosus stems and leaves resulted in high silage quality and nutritional value.This study provides a reliable theoretical basis and technical support for the utilization of Helianthus tuberosus resources as animal feed in alpine regions.
