摘要
CA4/6DK发动机机型是从德国DEUTZ公司引进的产品。根据设计图纸的要求,气缸体止口根部需要加工出一种形似越程槽的空刀槽结构。由于常规工艺手段无法通过加工中心主轴实现该空刀槽所需的涨刀功能,结合实际加工经验,深入挖掘现有设备的潜力,研究并提出了一种切实可行的空刀槽加工方案。通过优化刀具修磨和编程策略,在通用加工设备上成功实现了止口空刀槽的加工,并在实施过程中对出现的问题进行了系统分析和持续改进。
Model CA4/6DK engine is the new product introduced from DEUTZ company in German.The product drawings require the machining of an empty tool slot similar to a clearance groove at the root of the cylinder head.Conventional process methods cannot achieve the necessary tool expansion function for special empty knife groove on the spindle of a machining center.It combines practical experience and existing resources to study a special method for machining empty knife groove,analyzes and improves issues encountered during implementation,and achieves the machining of special stop head empty knife groove through tool grinding and programming on general-purpose machining equipment.
