摘要
为使共轨喷油器在生产过程中的实际喷油量尽可能接近真实值,特制定喷油量基准传递流程。该流程采用两级喷油器体系,即基准喷油器和校验喷油器。根据规定选取相应喷油器,并按照既定流程定期开展校验工作。同时,对生产过程中调试所得产品喷油器的喷油量修正方法进行了明确规范。
In order to make the actual fuel injection volume of the produced common rail injectors approach the true value to the greatest extent,the fuel injection volume reference transfer process of the injectors was formulated,and the injectors used for fuel injection volume reference transfer were divided into two levels:reference injectors and calibration injectors.The reference injectors and calibration injectors were selected as required,and then calibration was carried out regularly in accordance with the process requirements.Moreover,the correction of the fuel injection volume of the product injectors debugged in the actual production process was made.
