摘要
车用动力系统控制器在使用过程中若出现电气异常,将面临反向电压和抛负载问题。通过对二极管防护电路、桥式防护电路及MOSFET防护电路方案的分析,采用P-MOSFET电路拓扑实现对反向电压与浪涌电压的组合防护。依据GB/T 28046.2和ISO7637-2标准相关要求,基于国产P-MOSFET进行参数设计,并对控制器开展试验。结果表明,该设计满足标准要求。
The electric abnormity of vehicle powertrain system leads to the problem of reverse voltage and load dump.Through the analysis of diode protection circuit,bridge protection circuit and MOSFET protection circuit,the combined protection effect of reverse voltage and surge voltage was realized based on P-MOSFET circuit topology.According to GB/T 28046.2 and ISO 7637-2 standard,the parameters of protection circuit were designed based on domestic P-MOSFET.Test results showed that the circuit can meet the requirements of the standard.
