摘要
建立了一类具有环境传播的SIS年龄结构模型,定义了该模型的基本再生数,得到了无病平衡态的局部及全局渐近稳定性,对地方病平衡态的存在唯一性和局部渐近稳定性进行了分析。数值模拟结果与理论分析结果基本吻合,且环境传播会显著影响SIS年龄结构模型的动力学行为,这对理解和预测疾病在人群中的传播具有重要意义。
An age-structured SIS(Susceptible Infectious Susceptible)disease model with environmental transmission is constructed.The basic reproduction number of the model is defined,and the local and global asymptotic stability of disease-free steady state are obtained.The existence,uniqueness and local asymptotic stability of the endemic steady state are also analyzed.The results show that environmental transmission significantly influences the dynamic stability of the age-structured SIS model.The numerical simulation results largely agree with the theoretical findings.These conclusions are important for understanding and predicting the spread of disease in populations.
