SHA改性不同类型基体沥青黏弹流变力学模型适用性评价研究

Applicability evaluation research on the viscoelastic rheological mechanical models for SHA-modified different types of mother asphalts

摘要 为探讨现有的黏弹流变力学模型对SHA改性不同类型基体沥青模量G^(*)-频率w主曲线的适用性,选取15种经典流变力学模型对70#基质沥青、SBS和CR改性沥青、SHA单一改性基质沥青以及SHA复合SBS、CR改性沥青进行频率扫描测试并进行G^(*)-w主曲线拟合剖析。结果表明:数学模型、本构模型和分数阶导数模型均可用于拟合修饰基体沥青和SHA改性不同类型基体沥青的G^(*)-w主曲线,各模型附属参数能够较好地描述基体沥青和SHA改性不同类型基体沥青黏弹流变力学属性;随着SBS、CR改性剂添加以及SHA质量掺配比例增大,沥青弹性组分所占比例快速提升,黏滞强度增大,抵抗高温蠕变变形和保持低温应力松弛的能力得到改善,同时温度敏感程度大幅下降,此外,每增加4%SHA,各模型拟合精度Δ值较前者增长1.2~3.5倍;基质沥青和SHA单一改性基质沥青更适于采用数学模型进行表达修饰,SBS、CR改性沥青以及SHA复合SBS、CR改性沥青则更适于选择本构模型进行拟合剖析。本文推荐采用CA、CAM和Power-law 3种数学模型以及广义Burgers、广义Maxwell、广义Kelvin-voigt和HS 4种本构模型表征3种基体沥青和SHA改性不同类型基体沥青黏弹流变力学性能,其G^(*)-w主曲线拟合精度Δ值均小于1.0,同比优于其他类型模型。 In order to investigate the applicability of existing viscoelastic rheological mechanical models to the modulus G^(*)-frequency w master curve of SHA-modified asphalts,fifteen classical models are selected for frequency scanning test and G^(*)-w master curve fitting analysis on various types of asphalts,including 70#matrix asphalt,SBS-modified asphalt,CR-modified asphalt,SHA single-modified matrix asphalt and SHA composite SBS or CR-modified asphalt.The results show that the mathematical model,the constitutive model,and the fractional derivative model can all be used to describe the G^(*)-w master curve of matrix asphalts and SHA-modified asphalts.The auxiliary parameters of each model can effectively describe the viscoelastic rheological mechanical properties of the matrix asphalts and SHA modified asphalts.The addition of SBS and CR,as well as the increase of SHA mass ratio,enhances the proportion of elastic components and the viscosity,thereby improving the low-temperature stress relaxation and resistance to high-temperature creep deformation.Meanwhile,temperature sensitivity significantly decreases.Furthermore,for every 4%increase in SHA content,the fitting accuracy(Δvalue)of each model increases by 1.2~3.5 times compared to previous values.Matrix asphalt and SHA single-modified matrix asphalt are more suitable for mathematical models,while SBS or CR modified asphalt and SHA composite SBS or CR-modified asphalt are better fitted by constitutive models.The study recommends the use of three mathematical models—namely CA,CAM and Power-law model,as well as four constitutive models—namely generalized Burgers,generalized Maxwell,generalized Kelvin-voigt and HS model to characterize the viscoelastic rheological mechanical properties of matrix asphalts and SHA-modified asphalts.The fitting accuracy of G^(*)-w master curve is less than 1.0,which is significantly superior to other models.
