基于面波测量的灌浆连接段界面缺陷检测

摘要 灌浆连接是在海上风电机支撑结构中连接导管架与桩基的主要方式,其中灌浆料与钢管内壁间的界面剥离缺陷会对其力学性能产生重要负面影响。利用压电陶瓷的驱动和传感功能,提出了一种基于面波测量的导管架灌浆连接段界面剥离缺陷位置和分布范围检测方法,通过试验和数值模拟验证其可行性。首先,设计制作了多处存在不同尺寸界面剥离缺陷的灌浆连接段缩尺试件,采用一发一收的方式测量不同测量路径上传感器响应,并进行了小波包能量分析。结果表明,传感器信号小波包能量因界面剥离缺陷的存在而变大,且对测量方向上界面剥离缺陷竖向尺寸敏感。其次,正弦信号激励下,采用一发多收的方式,对路径相同的各传感器信号幅值进行异常值分析,确定了界面剥离缺陷范围。最后,开展了灌浆连接段表面波的多物理场数值模拟,数值模拟规律与试验吻合。试验和数值模拟结果表明基于面波测量的灌浆连接段界面剥离缺陷检测方法可行。 Grouted connection is the primary method to connect guide jacket and pile foundation of offshore wind turbine supporting structures.Interface debonding defects between grouting material and steel tube inner surface negatively affects the mechanical behavior of the supporting structure.Using the driving and sensing functions of piezoelectric ceramics,an interface debonding defect detection method for guide jacket grouted connection section based on surface wave measurement was proposed,and the feasibility of the method was verified by experiments and numerical simulation.Firstly,scale specimens of grouted connection section with different sizes of interface debonding defects at different locations were designed and made.A pitch-catch configuration was used to measure sensor responses across different paths,followed by wavelet packet energy analysis.Results show that the wavelet packet energy of the sensor signal becomes larger due to the existence of interfacial debonding defects,and it is sensitive to the defect's vertical dimension along the measurement direction.Secondly,under the excitation of sinusoidal signal,a one-actuator-multi-sensor arrangement was employed,and anomaly analysis was performed on the signal amplitudes of sensors sharing identical paths to determine the extent of the debonded area.Finally,multi-physics numerical simulation on the surface wave of the grouted connection section was carried out,and the numerical simulation law is consistent with the test.The experimental and numerical simulation results show that the interface debonding defect detection method of grouted connection section based on surface wave measurement is feasible.
