中国电子深圳湾总部基地结构设计

摘要 中国电子深圳湾总部基地项目由4栋结构高度分别为149.25、95.35、59.75、59.80m的塔楼组成,且4栋塔楼均采用框架-核心筒结构。在标高55.35m和59.85m处4栋塔楼通过4个连接体依次相连,形成一个巨大的环形观光平台,并形成较为复杂的环形多塔连体结构。描述了此复杂多塔连体结构的建筑和结构特点,制定了相应的抗震设计性能目标,通过YJK等软件分析了结构在小震、中震和大震下的响应,并对连体结构进行了受力分析、舒适度验算和楼板应力分析。分析结果表明,整体结构抗震性能良好,设计能够达到预定的抗震设防目标,连接体的承载力、变形和舒适性均满足设计要求。最后对连体结构分析提出了几点建议。 The China Electronics Shenzhen Bay Headquarters Base consists of four towers with structural heights of 149.25,95.35,59.75,59.80m,respectively,and the four towers are frame-core tube structures.At the elevations of 55.35m and 59.85m,the four towers are connected successively through four connectors,forming a huge circular sightseeing platform,and forming a more complex circular multi-tower connected structure.The architectural and structural characteristics of this complex multi-tower connected structure were described,and the corresponding seismic design performance objectives were formulated.The response of the structure under small,medium and large earthquakes was analyzed by YJK and other softwares,and the stress analysis,comfort checking calculation and floor stress analysis of the connected structure were carried out.The analysis results show that the overall structure has good seismic performance,the design can achieve the predetermined seismic performance objectives,and the bearing capacity,deformation and comfort of the connector can meet the design requirements.Finally,some suggestions on the analysis of connected structure were put forward.
