既有地铁车站底板结构下微扰动施工技术研究

摘要 为研究竖井及连接通道在既有车站底板的施工影响,以东四十条站既有3号线底板施工为例。既有地铁底板开洞、新建竖井及连接通道施工对既有2号线东四十条站运营安全有较大的影响,同时,地铁运营对既有车站底板结构下底板开孔、新建竖井及连接通道施工提出较高要求。本研究从工程概况、工程地质、施工部署、施工工艺、风险源的保护技术措施等方面阐述,既保证既有地铁运营安全,也保证新建竖井及连接通道施工安全。 This paper studies the construction impact of shafts and connecting passages on the existing station floor slabs,taking the existing 3rd Line floor slab structure of Dongsi Shitiao Station as an example.The construction of opening holes in the existing metro floor slabs,building new shafts and connecting passages has a significant impact on the operational safety of the existing Dongsi Shitiao Station on Line 2.Meanwhile,the metro operation imposes high requirements on the construction of opening holes in the existing station floor slabs,building new shafts and connecting passages.This paper elaborates on the research of this topic from aspects such as project overview,engineering geology,construction deployment,construction techniques,and technical measures for protecting risk sources.It ensures both the operational safety of the existing metro and the construction safety of the new shafts and connecting passages.
