摘要
法从理出,穴从法定,本研究以“通督五法”为基础,探析赖氏通元针法中“通督五法”的理论依据、基本处方及其应用概况。首先提出“通督五法”以“会顶穴”为基础的阴阳观,再者以“精、气、神”理论以及“从阴引阳、从阳引阴”为基础,提出了从阳引阴宜用“通督熄风”法,从阴引阳、精不化气宜用“通督升阳”法,“通督益智”法用于精髓不足证,“通督化瘀”法用于气不生神证,“通督调神”法用于神失所用证,最后总结了赖氏“通督五法”从“阴阳、精气神”角度的辨证施治体系。
The Tongdu five methods developed within LAI s Tongyuan acupuncture system,integrate classical theories of Yin-Yang and Jing-Qi-Shen into a structured framework for syndrome differentiation and treatment.Centered on Huiding points,the methods apply the principles of‘guiding Yin through Yang and guiding Yang through Yin’.Specifically,the wind-extinguishing method addresses Yang-to-Yin regulation,the Yang-ascending method targets Yin-to-Yang regulation and insufficiency of essence transforming into Qi,the intelligence-tonifying method is used for essence and marrow deficiency,the blood stasis-resolving method for impaired generation of Shen by Qi,and the Shen-regulating method for disorders of Shen.Collectively,these approaches establish a novel therapeutic paradigm that expands the application of acupuncture for conditions associated with imbalances of Yin-Yang and Jing-Qi-Shen.
