摘要
C19040合金带材作为一种新型Cu-Ni-Sn-P合金带材,以其强度高、成本低及加工性能好等优势被广泛应用于中高端引线框架市场。国内对Cu-Ni-Sn-P合金的研究主要集中于强化机理及形变硬化行为,而其高温耐软化性能鲜有提及。通过力学性能测试和金相组织观察,对C19040合金带材在预变形和热处理过程中的高温耐软化性能进行研究,结果发现退火工艺和预变形加工率对C19040合金带材的组织及耐软化性能有明显的影响。当退火温度为350℃时,C19040合金带材的耐软化性能最佳;当预变形加工率为60.87%时,经350℃退火保温5 h后合金带材的耐软化性能最佳。带材在退火过程中存在晶粒细化现象,此现象与第二相析出有关。
C19040 alloy strips are widely used in the field of lead frame as an new kind of Cu-Ni-Sn-P alloy strip due to its advantages such as high strength,low cost and excellent processing performance.The research on Cu-Ni-Sn-P alloy in domestic mainly focuses on the strengthening mechanism and deformation hardening behavior,while its high-temperature softening resistance is rarely mentioned.Through mechanical property testing and microstructure observation,the high temperature softening resistance of C19040 alloy strip during the pre-deformation and heat treatment was studied.The results found that annealing process and pre-deformation processing rate had a significant impact on the microstructure and high temperature softening resistance of C19040 alloy strip.When the annealing temperature was 350℃,the softening resistance of C19040 alloy strip was optimal.When the predeformation processing rate was 60.87%,the alloy strip had the best softening resistance after annealed at 350℃ for 5 h.During the annealing process,there was a phenomenon of grain refinement in the strip,which was related to the precipitation of the second phase.
