摘要
为了探究预处理对TA1纯钛阳极氧化膜层的影响,采用不同预处理工艺并对其进行阳极氧化,对比了不同预处理条件下阳极氧化膜的颜色和表面形貌。结果表明:经过预处理后,阳极氧化膜层颜色色差降低、饱和度提高,颜色均一性得到改善;阳极氧化膜层表面簇状氧化物消失,呈现颗粒状氧化物,形貌均匀性得到改善;随着预处理次数增多,过度氧化和溶解导致阳极氧化膜层形貌均匀性下降,此时膜层颜色色差增加至1.92、颜色均一性降低。
In order to investigate the effect of pretreatment on the anodic oxidation film of TA1 pure titanium,the samples were anodized after different pretreatment processes,and the color and surface morphology of the anodic oxidation film under different pretreatment conditions were compared.The results show that the color difference of TA1 pure titanium anodic oxide film decreases,the saturation increases,and the color uniformity is improved after pretreatment.The cluster-type oxide on the surface of TA1 pure titanium anodic oxidation film disappears,presenting granular oxides,and the morphological uniformity is improved.With the increasing number of pretreatments,the morphological uniformity of the film decreases as a result of over-oxidation and dissolution,and the color difference of the film is increased by 1.92,and the color uniformity is reduced.
