摘要
为解决CrMnSi合金钢化学镀镍过程中的氢脆问题,采用阴极电弧离子镀技术,在35CrMnSiA合金钢表面镀制镍层,经过化学封闭复合处理后,对镀层的耐蚀性进行了测试。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析镀层的形貌和成分,激光共聚焦电子显微镜分析镀层的粗糙度,电化学极化测试(Tafel)以及交流阻抗测试(EIS)进行性能表征,盐雾试验、耐湿热性试验测试镀层的耐蚀性,结合力试验测试镀层的结合力。结果表明:阴极电弧离子镀加化学封闭复合处理的镀层均匀性优于化学镀镍,镀层主要由镍元素构成,平均面粗糙度为0.15μm,镀层由面心立方结构的单质镍组成,择优于(220)晶面;最优复合处理条件下的镀层降低了化学镀镍存在的氢脆风险,镀层耐蚀性较好,阻抗值为860 kΩ,腐蚀电流密度为2.376×10^(−7) A/cm^(–2);盐雾试验满足标准GJB150.11A,96 h无锈蚀;耐湿热性能满足标准GJB.9A,10个周期无锈蚀;膜层结合力满足标准GB/T 5270,无脱皮和剥落现象。
In order to solve the hydrogen embrittlement problem during the chemical nickel plating of CrMnSi alloy steel,a nickel layer was plated on the surface of 35CrMnSiA alloy steel by using cathodic arc ion plating technology,and the corrosion resistance of the plated layer was tested after chemically closed composite treatment.The morphology and composition of the plated layer were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD)observation,the roughness of the plated layer was analyzed by laser confocal electron microscope,the performance characterization was performed by electrochemical polarization test(Tafel)and alternating current impedance test(EIS),the corrosion resistance of the plated layer was tested by salt spray test,moisture and heat resistance test,and the bonding force test was performed to test the bonding force of the plated layer.The results show that the uniformity of the coating treated by cathodic arc ion plating and chemical sealing composite is better than that of electroless nickel plating.The coating is mainly composed of Ni elements with an average surface roughness of 0.15μm.The coating is composed of face-centered cubic structured elemental nickel,preferentially oriented along the(220)crystal plane.The results show that the coating under the optimal composite treatment conditions reduces the risk of hydrogen embrittlement in electroless nickel plating,and has good corrosion resistance,with an impedance value of 860 kΩand a corrosion current density of 2.376×10^(−7) A/cm^(-2).The salt spray test meets the standard GJB150.11A,and there is no corrosion after 96 hours.The hygrothermal resistance meets the standard GJB.9A,and there is no corrosion after 10 cycles.The adhesion of the film meets the standard GB/T 5270,without peeling.
