基于生成式AI的建筑设计流程再造及应用

摘要 以生成式AI发展历程为背景,重点分析了生成式AI在建筑设计中的应用优势和局限性。总结了生成式AI驱动下建筑设计的数字化创新应用。提出:应运用生成式AI工具对建筑设计工作进行数字化流程再造,以提升设计的效率和质量,使设计师远离繁冗的机械性画图工作,回归设计本质(即通过创造性思维和技术手段确定建筑物的最优参数和性能指标),进而促进建筑设计行业的健康发展。 Based on the development history of generative artificial intelligence(AI),this paper focuses on analyzing the advantages and limitations of its application in architectural design.The innovative applications of digitalization in architectural design work driven by generative AI have been summarized.And then the paper proposes the digital process re-engineering of the architectural design process using generative AI,aiming to enhance the efficiency and quality of designers work.This approach allows them to move away from tedious drawing tasks and return to the essence of design,which involves determining the optimal parameters and indicators of the architectural through creative thinking and technical means,thus promoting the healthy development of the architectural design industry.
