摘要
开展受高温作用影响的灌浆套筒连接工作性能研究,对于建筑结构抗灾能力评估具有重要意义。设计制作了30个全灌浆套筒连接试件,其中3个为常温对比试件,另外27个试件经高温作用后,对其进行静力加载试验。结果表明:经历超过400℃的高温作用后,套筒内灌浆料和钢筋之间的黏结性能被严重劣化,致使连接件拉伸试验破坏形态由钢筋拉断破坏转变为钢筋拔出破坏;经历高温作用的温度越高,实测连接试件的抗拉承载力越低;恒温作用时间的长短对灌浆套筒的连接性能影响显著,当经历高温作用的温度相同时,实测试件的抗拉承载力皆随恒温时间的增加而降低。
Research on the working performance of grouted sleeve connections subjected to the high temperature effects is of great significance for the assessment of the disaster resistance of building structures.Thirty fully grouted sleeve connection specimens were designed and fabricated,and static loading tests were conducted on the specimens after high temperature action.The results show that when the experienced high temperature exceeds 400℃,the high temperature deteriorates the adhesive property between grout and reinforcement,resulting in the connection tensile test damage from the reinforcement pull-off damage to the reinforcement pull-out damage;the higher the experienced high-temperature action temperature,the lower the measured tensile strength of the connection specimens;the length of the constant temperature action time on the grouting sleeve connection performance has a significant impact,when the experienced high-temperature action temperature is the same,the actual test specimen tensile bearing of the connection specimens.When the experienced high temperature is the same,the tensile bearing of the actual test specimens is reduced with the increase of the constant temperature time.
