摘要
文章概述了卫生科研单位基本建设工程合同管理的特点与框架构建,分析了卫生科研单位基本建设工程合同管理中存在的主要问题,从完善风险评估机制、优化条款制定与审查流程、强化执行监督、提升管理部门专业化水平等方面提出了应对策略,对提升合同管理质量、降低项目风险具有一定的借鉴性。
This paper summarizes the characteristics and framework construction of contract management of capital construction projects in health research institutions,analyzes the main problems existing in contract management of capital construction projects in health research institutions,and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of improving risk assessment mechanism,optimizing clause formulation and review process,strengthening implementation supervision,and improving the professional level of management departments,which has certain reference significance for improving the quality of contract management and reducing project risks.
