摘要
针对当前医院智慧管理平台在能耗管理方面普遍存在的难题,以某医院为例,通过构建多维度建筑信息模型集成平台,深度融合建筑信息模型、物联网感知体系与智能分析技术,形成覆盖能源动态监管、空间效能优化及资产全生命周期管理的智慧后勤体系,为医疗建筑低碳化发展提供可复用的技术范式与实施路径。
In view of the common problems existing in the energy consumption management of the current hospital intelligent management platform,taking a hospital as an example,by constructing a multi-dimensional building information model integration platform,deeply integrating building information model,Internet of Things perception system and intelligent analysis technology,an intelligent logistics system covering energy dynamic supervision,space efficiency optimization and asset life cycle management is formed,which provides a reusable technical paradigm and implementation path for the low-carbon development of medical buildings.
