既有高铁站房改造建设管理——以邵阳站改建工程为例

Construction Management of Existing High-Speed Railway Station Building Renovation——Taking Shaoyang Station Reconstruction Engineering as an Example

摘要 既有站房改造是未来铁路建设发展的新方向。邵阳站改扩建工程是全路首个站场过渡采用“小倒场”方式的大型高铁车站改造项目,存在投资主体及产权单位复杂、站城融合建设协调难度大、“倒场”次数多、施工与运输经营矛盾突出、施工场地狭小、安全风险高等困难。文章从基本建设管理的角度梳理了其建设过程中的突出问题,并提出相关建议及措施,以期为既有站房改造提供借鉴。 The existing station building renovation is a new direction for the future development of railway construction.Shaoyang Station reconstruction and expansion engineering is the first large-scale highspeed railway station renovation project across the entire railway network to adopt the"temporary staging area"mode for station transition.It faces multiple challenges,such as complex investment entities and property right holders,difficult coordination of station-city integration construction,frequent"temporary relocation",prominent contradiction between construction and transportation operation,narrow construction site and high safety risk.This paper sorts out prominent problems in the construction process from the perspective of fundamental construction management,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures,in order to provide reference for existing station building renovation.
