摘要
针对传统新泽西护栏施工工效低、精度差及质量波动大的问题,提出“轨道式预制+滑移拼装+压浆连接”的一体化施工技术路径。该技术集成模板轨道化布置、标准胎架定位、限位滑移控制等关键环节,构建形成适应工业化生产与现场快速安装的完整体系。以云茂高速TJ14标段为应用示范,实践验证了该技术在构件一致性、拼装线形控制与现场组织效率等方面的显著优势。这一研究成果契合绿色建造与智能施工发展方向,具备广泛的工程适用性与推广潜力。
In view of the problems of low efficiency,poor accuracy and large quality fluctuation in the construction of traditional New Jersey safety barriers,an integrated construction technology path of"track-based prefabrication+sliding assembly+grouting connection"is proposed.The technology integrates the key links such as track-based formwork layout,standardized moulding bed positioning,limited-slip control,etc.,and establishes a complete system suitable for industrial production and on-site rapid installation.Taking TJ14 section of Yunfu-Maoming Expressway as an application demonstration,the practice verifies the significant advantages of this technology in terms of component consistency,assembly alignment control,on-site organization efficiency,etc.The research results are in line with the development direction of green construction and intelligent construction,exhibiting broad engineering applicability and promotion potential.
