盾构顶管施工技术在市政桥梁隧道工程中的应用

摘要 传统明挖法、暗挖法等施工技术在复杂城市环境中逐渐暴露出诸多局限性,如施工周期长、对周边建筑与交通影响大、易造成环境污染等。随着城市地下空间的开发利用不断深入,社会对隧道施工技术的要求日益严苛,亟须更高效、环保且适应性强的新型施工技术。文章分析了盾构顶管施工技术原理与工艺特点,阐述了工艺流程,提出了盾构顶管施工技术的实践应用方法与施工控制策略,旨在提高市政桥梁隧道工程的施工质量与效率,降低施工风险。 The traditional construction technologies such as open-cut method,undermining method have gradually exposed many limitations in the complex urban environment,such as long construction period,great impact on surrounding buildings and traffic,and easy to cause environmental pollution.As the development and utilization of urban underground spaces deepens,the society's requirements for tunnel construction technologies are becoming more and more stringent,and new construction technologies that are more efficient,environmentally-friendly and adaptable are urgently needed.This paper analyzes the principles and process characteristics of shield pipe jacking construction technology,expounds the process flow,and puts forward practical application methods and construction control strategies for shield pipe jacking construction technology,aiming at improving the construction quality and efficiency of municipal bridge tunnel engineering and reducing construction risks.
