摘要
本文针对皮革行业传统工艺发展困境,先明确传统制革与加工的工艺特征,再基于意识薄弱、界定困难、侵权频发、体系缺失的现状痛点,提出意识强化、体系完善、维权升级的知识产权保护策略。同时,为解决跨领域人才匮乏难题,本文搭建模式创新、内容优化、师资打造、实践保障的四维人才培育体系,最终形成包含问题诊断、策略应对、人才支撑的研究体系,为行业传统工艺传承与产业升级提供双轨解决方案。
This study addresses the developmental challenges in traditional leather craftsmanship by first clarifying the technical characteristics of conventional leather production and processing.Based on current pain points including weak awareness,ambiguous definitions,frequent infringement issues,and systemic deficiencies,it proposes intellectual property protection strategies focusing on awareness enhancement,system improvement,diversified protection mechanisms,and upgraded rights enforcement.To tackle the cross-sector talent shortage,the research establishes a four-dimensional talent development framework encompassing model innovation,content optimization,faculty development,and practical support.Ultimately,this forms a research system integrating problem diagnosis,strategic response,and talent cultivation,providing dual-track solutions for the preservation of traditional craftsmanship and industrial upgrading in the leather industry.
