摘要
在经济新常态背景下,文章采用案例研究法剖析纺织服装企业财务共享模式的构建途径。研究显示,传统的分散式财务管理存在效率较为低下、管控力度不足等问题,迫切需要借助组织重组、流程再造及系统集成推动数字化转型。构建财务共享模式可以切实达成业财融合,促使企业降低成本、提高效益并实现战略协同,其路径包含专业化组织设计、标准化流程重塑、一体化信息平台建设及复合型人才培育。实践表明,该模式为纺织服装企业提升核心竞争力提供了关键支持,是适应数字经济时代的必然举措。
In the context of the new normal of economy,this paper uses case studies to analyze the construction of the financial sharing model of textile and garment enterprises.The study shows that the traditional decentralized financial management has problems such as low efficiency and insufficient control strength,and it is urgent to promote digital transformation with the help of organizational restructuring,process reengineering and system integration.Establishing a financial sharing model can effectively achieve business-finance integration,enabling enterprises to reduce costs,enhance efficiency,and realize strategic synergy.The pathway includes specialized organizational design,standardized process redesign,integrated information platform construction,and the cultivation of versatile talent.Practice shows that this model provides key support for textile and garment enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness,and is an inevitable measure to adapt to the digital economy era.
