摘要
重载铁路路基的长期沉降对于列车的安全运行十分重要。为评价重载铁路路基的长期沉降,首先,现场测量浩吉重载铁路某区域的过车信号,通过对过车信号进行频谱分析,建立过车时动荷载的激励函数;然后,采用FLAC 3D软件对路基动力响应进行数值模拟,获取路基的动应力分布;最后,根据经验模型对路基长期沉降进行计算,并分析了基床厚度对沉降的影响。研究结果表明,该区域重载列车的过车信号频率集中在低频段,主要频率为1.47、3.06、4.70 Hz;在路基填高为8.1 m,过车时路基产生位移沉降仅为4.5~5.0 mm;在运营20 a时,路基的沉降为10.2 mm,路基沉降处于安全范围以内。
The long-term settlement of heavy-haul railway subgrades is crucial for the safe operation of trains.In order to evaluate the long-term settlement of heavy-haul railway subgrade,firstly,the train passing signals in a specific area of Haoji heavy-haul railway were measured in situ.An excitation function of the dynamic load during train passing was established by spectral analysis of these signals.Then the dynamic response of subgrade was simulated by FLAC3D software to obtain the dynamic stress distribution of subgrade.Finally,the long-term settlement of the subgrade was calculated using an empirical model and the influence of the subgrade bed thickness on the settlement was analyzed.The study results indicate that the frequencies of passing signals in this area are concentrated in the low frequency band,and the main frequencies are 1.47,3.06,and 4.70 Hz.When the filling height of subgrade is 8.1m,the displacement settlement of subgrade is only 4.5~5.0 mm during train passing.After 20 years of operation,the subgrade settlement is 10.2 mm,which is within the safe range.
