激光装置基础微振动控制设计及现场试验研究

摘要 某高精度激光试验装置对环境振动较敏感,为了评估和控制周边道路交通对激光装置基础的微振动影响,结合工程进度分阶段开展现场试验和振动实测研究。结果表明:道路交通引起场地地表振动主要表现为20 Hz以下的低频振动,并得到了随距离增加而衰减的规律;通过现场人为组织车辆在周边道路行驶,研究车辆不同行驶方式激发的地表振动的差异;结合现场原位模型试验,实测分析了减隔振方案的效果,最终采用了竖向刚度较大的钻孔灌注桩方案,通过调整桩径、桩长、桩基平面布置及底板厚度的方式,实测结果表明激光装置基础微振动满足了控制标准要求。 A high-precision laser facility is sensitive to environmental vibration.In order to evaluate and control the vibration of the laser-device foundation induced by road traffic,field experiment and vibration measurement are carried out in stages according to the progress of the project.The results show that:The surface vibration induced by road traffic is manifested as low-frequency vibration below 20Hz,and an attenuation law with the increase of distance is given.The difference of ground vibration caused by different vehicle passing forms is studied by organizing vehicles to drive on the surrounding roads.Combining with site model testing,the effect of the vibration isolation scheme is measured and analyzed.Finally,the scheme of cast-in-place bored pile with large vertical stiffness is adopted.By adjusting the pile diameter,pile length,pile foundation plane layout and bottom plate thickness,the measured results show that the micro-vibration of the laser-device foundation meets the requirements of the control standard.
