摘要
本试验旨在优选蒲虎颗粒一步制粒工艺,为蒲虎颗粒研制与产业化提供理论依据。以颗粒成型率、休止角、溶解性为综合评价指标,以浸膏的相对密度、进料速率和进风温度为考察因素,通过L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法,对蒲虎颗粒一步制粒工艺进行优化,并进行三批工艺验证。结果显示,最优制粒参数为:使用蔗糖粉进行制粒,雾化压力为0.15~0.2 MPa,浸膏的相对密度为1.25(70℃),进料速率为8 r/min,进风温度为70℃。结果表明,优选的蒲虎颗粒一步制粒工艺稳定,重复性好,可用于工业化生产。
This experiment aims to select the one-step granulation process of Puhu granules,providing a theoretical basis for the development and industrialization of Puhu granules.Taking the particle forming rate,angle of rest and solubility as comprehensive evaluation indicators,and the relative density,feed rate and inlet temperature of the extract as the inspection factors,the one-step granulation process of Puhu granules was optimized through the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test method,and three batches of process verification were carried out.The results show that the optimal granulation parameters are:granulation using sucrose powder,atomization pressure is 0.15~0.2 MPa,the relative density of the extract is 1.25(70℃),the feed rate is 8 r/min,and the inlet temperature is 70℃.The results show that the preferred one-step granulation process of Puhu granules is stable and has good repeatability,and can be used in industrial production.
