摘要
糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)作为糖尿病严重的骨代谢并发症,其发病涉及钙磷代谢紊乱、胰岛素信号异常及氧化应激等多重病理机制。中医药通过多靶点协同作用有效干预DOP:黄芪、淫羊藿等增强肠道钙吸收,枸杞、当归促进维生素D活化;人参皂苷、黄连素修复胰岛素信号通路;丹参酮ⅡA、姜黄素减轻氧化应激与炎症反应;补骨脂素、淫羊藿苷调控骨代谢关键信号通路。这些机制共同构建了中医药调节骨代谢平衡的分子网络,未来研究需整合多组学技术、开发靶向递药系统并推进临床转化,深化精准防治策略。本文运用文献研究法,对中医药治疗DOP的分子机制进行综合性阐述。
Diabetic osteoporosis(DOP),as a serious bone metabolism complication of diabetes,involves multiple pathological mechanisms such as calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,abnormal insulin signaling and oxidative stress in its onset.Traditional Chinese medicine effectively intervenes in DOP through multi-target synergistic effects:Astragalus membranaceus,Epimedium,etc.enhance intestinal calcium absorption,while wolfberry and Angelica sinensis promote the activation of vitamin D;Ginsenosides and berberine repair the insulin signaling pathway;TanshinoneⅡA and curcumin alleviate oxidative stress and inflammatory responses.Psoralen and icariin regulate key signaling pathways of bone metabolism.These mechanisms jointly construct the molecular network by which traditional Chinese medicine regulates bone metabolic balance.Future research needs to integrate multi-omics technologies,develop targeted drug delivery systems and promote clinical transformation,as well as deepen precise prevention and treatment strategies.This article uses the literature research method to comprehensively elaborate the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DOP.
