摘要
目的探讨通络足浴方联合三妙枯矾散治疗糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)的疗效及机制。方法非随机方便选取2020年1月—2023年10月思南县人民医院感染科收治的120例Wagner分级1~3级DF患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组行降糖、抗感染、清创等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用通络足浴方联合三妙枯矾散,疗程8周。比较两组的临床疗效、创面愈合时间、神经传导速度、炎症因子水平及安全性。结果治疗组创面愈合时间为(15.60±3.20)d,低于对照组的(21.41±4.11)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.640,P<0.001)。治疗后,治疗组神经传导速度、炎症因子水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论通络足浴方联合三妙枯矾散能促进糖尿病足患者的创面愈合及改善神经功能,且安全性良好。
Objective To explore the efficacy and mechanism of Tongluo Foot Bath prescription combined with Sanmiao Kufan Powder in the treatment of diabetic foot(DF).Methods A total of 120 patients with Wagner grade 1-3 DF admitted to Department of Infection,People's Hospital of Sinan County in Guizhou Province from January 2020 to October 2023 were Non-randomly and conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment such as hypoglycemic,anti-infection and debridement,the treatment group was treated with Tongluo Foot Bath prescription combined with Sanmiao Kufan Powder on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,nerve conduction velocity,inflammatory factor levels and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time of the treatment group was(15.60±3.20)d,which was lower than(21.41±4.11)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.640,P<0.001).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity and inflammatory factor levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusions Tongluo Foot Bath prescription combined with Sanmiao Kufan Powder can promote wound healing and improve neurological function in patients with diabetic foot,and has good safety.
