摘要
目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者采取目标导向护理干预的应用效果。方法方便选取2023年1月—2024年4月连云港市赣榆区人民医院的80例老年2型糖尿病患者,按护理方法差异分组,每组40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组给予目标导向护理;护理3个月后,比较两组患者的血糖水平、自我管理能力评分、护理满意度。结果护理3个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,自我管理能力、护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论目标导向的护理措施可有效改善老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖,提升患者自我管理能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented nursing intervention in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2023 to April 2024,80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital of Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given goal-oriented care;after 3 months of nursing,the blood glucose level,self-management ability score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Goal-oriented nursing measures can effectively improve the blood glucose of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and improve their self-management ability.
