摘要
目的分析全程时效激励护理联合循证护理对糖尿病足患者自我管理能力的影响。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年11月泉州市第一医院收治的100例糖尿病足患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方式分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规干预,研究组结合实施全程时效激励护理联合循证护理。对比两组患者护理满意度、干预前后自我管理能力、自护能力及血糖水平。结果与对照组干预后相比,研究组护理满意度、各项自我管理能力评分及自护能力评分均更高,空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足患者护理中实施全程时效激励护理联合循证护理干预能够增强患者自护能力,提高护理满意度及自我管理能力,控制血糖水平效果良好。
Objective To analyze the impact of full-course time-effectiveness incentive nursing combined with evidence-based nursing on the self-management ability of patients with diabetic foot.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetic foot admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,while the research group combined the implementation of full-course time-effectiveness incentive nursing with evidence-based nursing.The nursing satisfaction,self-management ability before and after the intervention,self-care ability and blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group after intervention,the scores of nursing satisfaction,various self-management abilities and self-care ability in the research group were all higher,and the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels were both lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of full-course time-effectiveness incentive nursing combined with evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with diabetic foot can enhance the self-care ability of patients,improve nursing satisfaction and self-management ability,and has a good effect on controlling blood glucose levels.
