摘要
目的研究达格列净联合胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病肾病患者的影响。方法方便选取泉州市第一医院于2024年3月—2025年2月收治的2型糖尿病肾病患者98例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组使用达格列净治疗,研究组在对照组基础上使用胰岛素泵治疗。对比两组血糖水平、肾脏功能、血脂水平、胰岛功能。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组血糖及血脂各指标水平、肾脏及胰岛功能各指标水平均更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病肾病患者使用达格列净联合胰岛素泵治疗,有助于控制血糖水平,增强肾脏功能,改善血脂水平与胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To study the effect of dapagliflozin combined with insulin pump on patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from March 2024 to February 2025 were conveniently selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dapagliflozin,and the study group was treated with insulin pump on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level,renal function,blood lipid level and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes,kidney and islet function indexes in the study group were better,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of dapagliflozin combined with an insulin pump in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy is helpful to control blood glucose levels,enhance renal function,and improve blood lipid levels and insulin resistance levels.
