摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病手术患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年5月—2024年4月第九〇九医院收治的91例行择期全身麻醉手术糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组(45例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。对比两组患者血糖波动情况、血糖水平、生活质量评分、自我效能感评分与并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后血糖恢复正常时间、术中血糖波动幅度、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均优于对照组,生活质量与自我效能感评分均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对糖尿病全身麻醉手术患者实施综合护理干预,能够减小患者血糖波动水平,使术后血糖更快恢复至正常水平,同时也可提高患者的生活质量及控制血糖的自我效能。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with diabetic surgery.Methods The clinical data of 91 diabetic patients undergoing elective general anesthesia in the 909th Hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose fluctuation,blood glucose level,quality of life score,self-efficacy score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative blood glucose recovery time,intraoperative blood glucose fluctuation amplitude,fasting plasma glucose and 2-hours postprandial plasma glucose levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the quality of life and self-efficacy scores were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetic general anesthesia can reduce the level of blood glucose fluctuation,make the postoperative blood glucose return to normal level faster,and improve the quality of life of patients and the self-efficacy of controlling blood glucose.
