摘要
目的研讨胃癌伴2型糖尿病患者应用信息-动机-行为护理对自护能力、生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2022年8月—2024年5月泉州市光前医院收治的90例胃癌伴2型糖尿病患者,依据不同护理方法分为两组,各45例,对照组接受常规指导干预,观察组基于对照组干预条件开展信息-动机-行为护理,比较两组的知识储备、自护能力、糖代谢水平以及生活质量。结果观察组的知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的自护能力评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组,空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论信息-动机-行为护理能够有效增加胃癌伴2型糖尿病患者的知识储备,增强其自护能力,并促进机体糖代谢状况及生活质量的改善。
Objective To explore the effect of information-motivation-behavior nursing on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Quanzhou Guangqian Hospital from August 2022 to May 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine guidance intervention,while the observation group carried out information-motivation-behavior nursing based on the intervention of the control group.The knowledge reserve,self-care ability,glucose metabolism level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The knowledge mastery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Information-motivation-behavior nursing can effectively increase the knowledge reserve of patients with gastric cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus,enhance their self-care ability,and promote the improvement of body glucose metabolism and quality of life.
