摘要
目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在肿瘤外科临床实习教学中的应用价值。方法选取40名肿瘤外科实习学生作为研究对象,采用随机分组方法,分为实验组(20人)、对照组(20人)。其中对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学模式,比较两组在MiniCEX和DOPS评分、出科成绩及教学满意度等方面的差异。结果实验组Mini-CEX的7个项目、DOPS的11个项目评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组出科考试成绩及临床教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤外科临床教学中,Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学模式优于传统教学模式,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the application value of mini-clinical Practice assessment(Mini-CEX)combined with Direct Observation Assessment of operational Skills(DOPS)in the clinical practice teaching of oncology surgery.Methods 40 oncology surgery practice students were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group(20 people)and the control group(20 people).Among them,the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the Mini-CEX combined with DOPS teaching mode.The differences between the two groups in terms of Mini-CEX and DOPS scores,graduation grades and teaching satisfaction,etc.were compared.Results The scores of 7 items in Mini-CEX and 11 items in DOPS in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the departmental exit examination and the satisfaction with clinical teaching in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of tumor surgery,the Mini-CEX combined with DOPS teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode and has promotion value.
