摘要
目的分析Vitapex糊剂与氢氧化钙糊剂结合热牙胶垂直加压技术治疗牙髓炎患者的疗效差异。方法前瞻性选取2024年1月至2025年1月我院收治牙髓炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组各50例。对照组予氢氧化钙糊剂结合热牙胶垂直加压技术治疗,实验组予Vitapex糊剂氢氧化钙糊剂结合热牙胶垂直加压技术治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度[疼痛视觉量表(VAS)]、3个月内复诊情况及并发症情况。结果实验组治疗的总有效率为96%(48/50),高于对照组的80%(40/50);实验组治疗后的VAS评分为(0.68±0.21)分,低于对照组的(1.12±0.35)分;复诊次数为(1.21±0.28)次,低于对照组的(1.71±0.41)次(均P<0.05)。两组并发症情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论牙髓炎患者热牙胶垂直加压技术治疗下,以Vitapex糊剂填充的疗效优于氢氧化钙糊剂,且能减轻疼痛,减少复诊,且安全性良好。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect differences of Vitapex paste combined with calcium hydroxide paste and hot gum vertical pressure technology in the treatment of patients with pulpitis.Methods 100 patients with pulpitis admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects prospectively and divided into a control group and an experimental group randomly,each group with 50 cases.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste combined with warm vertical compaction technique,while the experimental group received Vitapex paste(calcium hydroxide paste)combined with warm vertical compaction technique,respectively.The clinical efficacy,pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale for Pain(VAS)],follow-up visits within 3 months and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The overall effectiveness of the treatment of the experimental group was 96%(48/50),higher than that of the control group 80%(40/50).The VAS score after treatment of the experimental group was(0.68±0.21)points,which was lower than that of the control group[(1.12±0.35)]points.The number of follow-up visits of the experimental group was(1.21±0.28)times,which was lower than that of the control group(1.71±0.41)times.(all P<0.05).The two groups have no statistically significant difference in complications(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with pulpitis treated with vertical pressure technology of hot dental gel,the therapeutic effect of filling with Vitapex paste is superior to that of calcium hydroxide paste.It can relieve pain,reduce follow-up visits,and has good safety.
