摘要
数智化时代的到来深刻影响着教育生态,当代大学生作为典型的“数字原住民”,其认知模式、心理需求与成长环境均呈现数字化特征,这既为大学生心理健康教育提供了技术赋能的新机遇,也对教育的人文性、系统性提出了更高要求。数智化技术不仅为心理健康教育拓展了全新视角与实践路径,同时也提出了“技术进步”与“人文温度”平衡命题。在此背景下,大学生心理健康教育应以心理品质提升为核心,兼顾技术应用与教育环境营造,围绕学生人格成长构建课堂新生态,并构筑全场景育人场域。
The advent of the digital intelligence era has profoundly impacted the educational ecosystem.Contemporary college students,as typical"digital natives,"exhibit digital characteristics in their cognitive patterns,psychological needs,and growth environments.This not only provides new opportunities for technological empowerment in college students'mental health education but also places higher demands on the humanistic and systematic aspects of education.Digital intelligence technology not only expands new perspectives and practical pathways for mental health education but also raises the proposition of balancing"technological advancement"with"humanistic warmth."Against this backdrop,college students'mental health education must focus on enhancing psychological qualities,balancing technological application with the creation of an educational environment,building a new classroom ecosystem centered on students'personal growth,and constructing an all-scenario educational space.
