摘要
乡村振兴战略推动下,农村畜牧业发展迅猛。为探寻改善农村畜牧业环境污染的有效策略,研究以多种群演化博弈理论为基础,结合农村畜牧业环境污染现状,构建支付矩阵与演化博弈模型,深入剖析政府与养殖户、养殖户与村民之间的环保行为决策。研究发现,提升对“环保”养殖户的奖励、加大对“不环保”养殖户的处罚力度、提高“环保”养殖户收益、提升村民“监督”收益、降低养殖户“环保”成本、降低“不环保”养殖收益、减少村民“监督”成本等举措,能够有效促进农村生态环境持续改善,有力推动乡村生态振兴目标的实现。
Driven by the rural revitalization strategy,rural animal husbandry has experienced rapid development.To explore effective strategies for mitigating environmental pollution in rural animal husbandry,this study constructs a payment matrix and evolutionary game model based on multi-population evolutionary game theory,integrating the current status of environmental pollution in rural animal husbandry.An in-depth analysis is conducted of environmental behavior decisions between the government and livestock farmers,as well as between livestock farmers and villagers.The study reveals that the continuous improvement of the rural ecological environment can be effectively promoted by increasing rewards for'environmentally friendly'farmers,strengthening penalties for'non-environmentally friendly'farmers,enhancing the benefits for'environmentally friendly'farmers,raising the'supervision'benefits for villagers,reducing the'environmental'costs for farmers,decreasing the benefits for'non-environmentally friendly'farming and lowering the'supervision'costs for villagers.This would strongly advance the goal of rural ecological revitalization.
