低共熔溶剂提取僵蚕总黄酮的工艺优化

摘要 目的优化僵蚕总黄酮的低共熔溶剂(deep eutectic solvent,DES)超声提取工艺。方法在单因素试验结果的基础上,选取对僵蚕总黄酮提取量影响较大的因素(含水量、液料比、超声时间)为自变量,以僵蚕总黄酮提取量为响应值,根据Box-Behnken响应面法建立回归模型,进行提取优化。结果经模型分析推断,最佳提取条件为DES(氯化胆碱/乳酸)摩尔比1:2,含水量26%,超声时间42 min,液料比41 ml/g,验证试验结果显示优化后提取量与预测值相对误差为0.96%。结论DES超声提取僵蚕总黄酮的效果良好。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Bombyx Batryticatus with deep eutectic solvents(DES).Methods Based on the results of single factor test,the factors(water content,ratio of liquid to solid,ultrasonic extraction time)that had great influence on the extraction of total flavonoids from Bombyx Batryticatus were selected as independent variables,and the extraction amount of total flavonoids from Bombyx Batryticatus was used as the response value.The extraction process was optimized based on the regression model established according to the Box-Behnken response surface method.Results According to the model analysis,the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of DES(choline chloride/lactic acid)was 1:2,the water content was 26%,the ultrasonic extraction time was 42 min,and the ratio of liquid to solid was 41 ml/g.The results of verification experiment showed that the relative error between the optimized extraction amount and the predicted value was 0.96%.Conclusion In this study,ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Bombyx Batryticatus with DES has a good effect.
