摘要
地方性公共网页是记录公共职能活动、传承地域文化、服务公众需求的核心载体。网页信息资源存档的元数据设计,对于记录和呈现地方重大文化事件和治理生态具有重要意义。文章通过分析现有相关元数据标准及地方性公共网页存档的管理流程,基于复用与扩展原则,提取核心元数据,构建出一套适用于地方性公共网页存档元数据方案,并选取具体案例进行验证。结果表明,该方案具备良好的适用性和可行性。
Regional public websites are the core carriers for recording public function activities,inheriting regional culture and serving public needs.The metadata design of archiving website information resources is of great significance in recording and presenting major local cultural events and governance ecology.This article analyzes the existing metadata standards and the management process of regional public website archiving,extracts the core metadata based on the principle of reuse and extension,constructs a set of applicable metadata schemes for regional public website archiving,and selects a specific case for verification.The results show that the scheme has good applicability and feasibility.
