摘要
公共卫生物质文明的演进与发展反映了我国不同历史阶段的社会生产力水平、科技发展程度与政策导向逻辑。本文系统梳理了我国各历史时期公共卫生物质文明的核心内容与典型特征发现,我国公共卫生物质文明呈现三大关键演进趋势:从古代“适应自然、经验积累”的朴素模式,到近代“中西并存、局部转型”,再到现代“健康优先战略引领、改革创新驱动”的创新形态;从“城乡分化、权贵优先”的局部资源覆盖,历经政策调控逐步迈向“全域普惠、公平可及”的配置格局;从“单一物质改造”转向“物质载体落地与健康观念内化协同、古今智慧融合共生”的实践路径。其中,政策主导的统筹调控、古今经验传承与科技赋能、物质改造与健康观念的协同推进是实现这一演进的核心经验,为“健康中国”战略深入实施提供坚实物质支撑与科学实践指引。
The evolution and development of the material civilization of public health reflect the level of social productivity,technological advancement,and policy orientation in different historical stages of China.This paper systematically reviews the core content and typical characteristics of the material civilization of public health in various historical periods in China,and presents three key evolutionary trends:from the primitive"adapting to nature and accumulating experience"model in ancient times,to the modern model of"coexistence of Chinese and Western,partial transformation"in modern times,and then to the innovative form of"health-priority strategyled,reform and innovation-driven"in the present era;from the"urban-rural differentiation,privileged priority'pattern of partial resource coverage,through policy adjustments,to the"universal coverage,fair accessibility"allocation pattern;from"single-material transformation"to the"synergistic practice of material carrier implementation and health concept internalization,integration of ancient and modern wisdom".The core experiences for realizing this evolution are policy-led overall coordination,inheritance of ancient and modern experiences and technology empowerment,as well as the synergistic promotion of material transformation and health concept.These provide a solid material foundation and scientific practical guidance for the in-depth implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy.
