摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病患者最严重的并发症之一, 病情严重者会导致截肢甚至危及生命。DFU的发病率约为4.1%, 每年影响全球约2 600万人。DFU病因复杂, 临床治疗困难, 患者预后较差, 不仅极大地降低了患者的生活质量, 还显著增加了社会医疗负担。目前DFU的治疗仍面临诸多挑战, 本中心在DFU的诊疗方面积累了长期、大量的临床工作及基础研究经验, 并在总结前辈治疗经验的基础上, 将DFU的中西医结合综合治疗概括为"五位一体"策略。本文就"五位一体"策略的建立、基本内容及策略指导下综合诊疗制度的完善等展开综述, 旨在为DFU的综合科学防治提供参考。
Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the most serious complications in patients with diabetes and may result in amputation or even become life-threatening in severe cases.The incidence rate of DFU is about 4.1%,affecting around 26 million people worldwide each year.With complex etiology,challenging clinical treatment,and poor prognosis,DFU greatly reduces patients'quality of life and increases the burden on the healthcare system.At present,the treatment of DFU continues to face substantial challenges.Drawing on extensive clinical practice and basic research in the diagnosis and treatment of DFU,and building upon the experience of previous practitioners,our center has developed an integrated"five-in-one"treatment strategy for DFU that combines traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine.This paper reviews the development,core components,and clinical application of the"five-in-one"strategy,with the aim of providing a reference for the comprehensive and evidence-based prevention and treatment of DFU.
