不同材质的医用手术薄膜性能比较

Performance comparison of medical surgical films with diffreent materials

摘要 随着材料技术的进步,除传统的聚氨酯(PU)膜及聚乙烯(PE)膜外,市场上已出现聚烯烃(PO)膜及聚氨酯-聚乙烯共聚物(SU)膜等新型手术薄膜。本文通过比较不同材质手术薄膜在伸展性、水蒸气透过性以及阻水性等方面的性能差异,系统评估其应用特点。结果表明,聚氨酯材料在透气性和延展性方面表现优异,而复合材料(如SU)可通过调控组分实现性能与成本的平衡。本研究为医用手术薄膜的优化设计和临床选择提供了理论依据,对推动手术薄膜技术创新和升级、提升患者医疗体验具有积极意义。 Advances in material technology have led to the emergence of new surgical films beyond traditional polyurethane(PU)and polyethylene(PE),including polyolefin(PO)films and polyurethane-polyethylene copolymer(SU)films.This study systematically evaluates their application characteristics by comparing key properties such as stretchability,water vapor permeability,and water resistance.The results indicate that PU films exhibit excellent air permeability and stretchability,while composite materials like SU can achieve a balance between performance and cost through component adjustment.This research provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design and clinical selection of surgical films,which is significant for promoting technological innovation and upgrading,and ultimately improving the medical experience for patients.
