摘要
电动自行车锂离子电池的安全性问题日益凸显,隔膜、粘结剂和封装材料等关键高分子组分的性能直接影响电池的热稳定性与阻燃特性。本文系统综述了近年来电动自行车锂电池用高分子材料的研究进展,主要围绕隔膜、粘结剂和封装复合材料的发展现状与趋势展开论述,分析其在热失控过程中的失效机制,并探讨了锂离子电池高分子材料的未来发展方向,为锂离子电池相关行业标准的制定提供参考。
The safety concerns of lithium-ion batteries in electric bicycles are becoming increasingly prominent.The performance of key polymer components such as separators,binders,and encapsulation materials directly impacts the thermal stability and flame retardancy of batteries.This paper provides a systematic review of recent research advancements in polymer materials for electric bicycle lithium-ion batteries,focusing on the current developments and trends in separators,binders,and encapsulation composites.It analyzes their failure mechanisms during thermal runaway processes and explores future directions for polymer materials in lithium-ion batteries,aiming to provide references for the formulation of industry standards related to lithium-ion batteries.
