摘要
内部审核是电气检测实验室用于验证其是否持续满足准则及法律法规相关要求,并通过自我检查评估管理体系的符合性及有效性的重要手段,旨在为管理体系的持续改进与完善提供充分依据。本文基于新版评审准则及CNAS相关认可文件,结合电气检测实验室在内部审核中常见问题,提出关键审核环节的改进建议,并对提升实验室内部审核质量的方法进行探讨,以期为电气检测实验室有效实施内部审核提供参考。
Internal audit is a process for electrical testing laboratories to verify their continuous compliance with relevant standards,laws,regulations,and requirements.By assessing the compliance and effectiveness of the management system through self-inspection,it provides sufficient support for the continuous improvement and optimization of the laboratory's own management system.Based on the new accreditation guidelines and relevant CNAS accreditation documents,combining with common problems identified in the internal audit of electrical testing laboratories,this paper proposes key elements for improving internal audit and explores methods to enhance the quality of the laboratory's internal audit,providing a basis for the effective implementation of internal audit in electrical testing laboratories.
